Downstairs is the living room with a hide-a-bed sofa for 2 children plus another full bath. The unit obviously includes a full kitchen and balcony (no view of Gulf from balcony). These units were designed for 2 adults and up to 4 young children.

The complex has 4 pools including a kiddie pool . There is a poolside snack bar and poolside restrooms. Lots of shady picnic areas and barbecue grills, 2 elevators, a lighted tennis court. The condominium is gated with covered parking and security.
