I like how you said that calm feelings come about from vacations and help to relax the mind and body. My husband has been really really stressed lately because of his job and it seems to be taking quite a toll on him. I think maybe we’ll have to rent a vacation home or something like that for a weekend and just get away from things for a couple days so he can relax a bit.

      Hi Kylie,

I understand how stressful work can be at times, especially when you are pushing yourself to do the best you possibly can. Sometimes we just need to disconnect, change the scenery and allow our brains to think about different things. There is more to life than work and taking a few days will often remind us of what is really important. I have a motto if you’re gonna work hard, you gotta play hard too – balance! Take that break!

Thank you Kylie for commenting and sharing.
